About Us

Time for Us is a husband and wife acoustic/rock duo that covers the songs they love and people remember. They perform songs that have stood the test of time and span several decades. With a song catalog of over 180 songs, they tailor their playlists to match the venue. Some of the artists they cover are: Roberta Flack, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Eric Clapton, Righteous Brothers, Sam Cooke, Tom Waits, Carly Simon, Bette Midler and Carole King.

They split their time playing at venues in the Apex/Raleigh and Southport/Oak Island areas. Time for Us performs at restaurants/bars, wineries, coffee shops, breweries, farmers markets, parties and community events. In addition, they also volunteer on a monthly basis an equal amount of time at senior living communities, animal rescue fund raisers and group homes.

Time For Us is an exceptional duo that entertains our residents on a monthly basis. They are unique in playing music of the 60’s, 70’s, and 80's which our residents love. Other groups play older music, which is nice but the younger residents enjoy hearing more “modern” music from Donna and Joe. I would highly recommend them to any venue where this era of music is needed.
